Blair Mechanical is hiring an Inside Sales Representative focused on customer follow up, relationship management, and sales growth.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Follow up on existing pricing and open opportunities

• Maintain regular contact with current customers

• Ensure timely responses and accurate order processing

• Identify opportunities to increase repeat business

• Coordinate internally to support customer needs

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Plumbing or HVAC industry experience (preferred)

• Strong follow up and organizational skills

• Confident phone and email communication

• Reliable, professional, and detail oriented

Industry experience is an asset, but not required

COMPENSATION

• Base Salary + Commission
