You are eligible for our Referral Program when you refer a customer who purchases a new furnace, heat pump, air conditioner, and/ or tankless water heater as of October 1st, 2025.
Each system referred is eligible for a $125 pre-paid credit card or a $100 pre-paid credit card if its a Clean BC referral. For example:*

- Furnace and AC/Heat Pump ($250.00)
- Furnace and AC/Heat Pump/On Demand ($375.00)

- We truly appreciate all past referrals, but please note that this program officially starts on October 1, 2025. Referrals are only eligible for jobs booked on October 1, 2025, onwards.
- All participants must complete the required form above to be eligible for the gift card (for tracking purposes).
- The system must be purchased through Blair Mechanical Services Ltd. to qualify.
- Blair Mechanical Services Ltd. has the right to modify or terminate the program at any time.
